Understanding fire behaviour is critical for effective tactical decision making on the fire ground. The Minerva Multi Level Fire Training Simulator (villa complex) has been designed and developed to give compact, comprehensive and cost effective firefighter training.
This type of training facility will allow fire-fighters to learn how different types of carbonaceous fires develop and behave under differing circumstances, how to cope with limited space and breaking through differing substrates. They are also dealing with differing levels and heights and how to deal with the conditions produced via controlled, practical firefighting and rescue training.
Our design considers the safe use of fuel by the precise responsibilities of individual training staff in terms of the function they perform. Re-establishing a safe condition relatively quickly through instructor use of our operating and monitoring systems.
By adding our filtration system to your training Simulator you can filter the emissions generated by the carbonaceous fires. The emissions are captured by extraction hoods which are located above all external openings and the emissions are channelled to the filtration plant via external ducting to give a ‘clean burn’. This prevents smoke and gases from entering the atmosphere and reduces CO2 emissions thus reducing the carbon footprint.
Fabricated from steel containers the unit can be custom designed to suit the individual and regional requirements of the emergency services.
